how long does delivery take?

orders will be processed and filled as soon as possible. most orders will ship within
2-3 business days. we will notify you if there are any delays.

how do we ship?
all order are shipped via priority mail. priority mail usually takes between 4-5 business days.

do you offer combined shipping?
we are happy to combine shipping when three or more items are purchased at the same time. please send an email to orders@shopesha.com listing each item you wish to purchase (style & color) and the address to which you want the items shipped. you will receive an invoice for the entire amount shortly thereafter.

what is your return policy?
we are more than happy to exchange or provide store credit for any returned items as long as:

1. the item being returned is in new condition
2. you send the original receipt, and
3. you request a return authorization number within 7 days of receiving the item.

in order to to receive a return authorization number, email the following to returns@shopesha.com:

• your name
• order number
• phone number and email you can be reached at
• mailing address and billing address
• reason for return

your return authorization number and the address where to mail back the item will be sent to you via email. shipping & handling fees are non refundable.

how should i ship my return?
after receiving your return authorization number, you may ship to the address given. in order to protect you, please insure your package, and send via a traceable carrier. we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping. all costs related to return shipping are paid by customer.

what material are esha bags made from?
esha bags are made from “poromeric” which is the same material as tuxedo shoes. we add a special “pearlescent” finish to the product, to get the wonderful colors.

esha vs. beijo®? (since i have gotten this question a lot!)
esha bags use the same exact material as beijo. they are different companies with different designers. all esha bags are designed by rita naga.

how do I keep my bag looking new?
the great thing about esha bags are that they virtually last forever.

• to polish the bag, use common household cleaners and a cloth to rub out any surface scratches.
• it is very difficult to clean ink, so be sure to cap your pen around your esha bag.
• if your bag is a lighter color, be careful not to come in contact with newspapers, and other printed material the ink can sometimes transfer over to the bag.
• for harder to remove scratches, use goo gone ® or soft scrub™. this can be effective if you use heat and friction while cleaning. use a cloth like the dust cloth that accompanies your bag, and rub repeatedly until it gets hot under your fingers.
